Shows and Awards

As I am currently into my major classes for Animation, I don't have that much time to do individual works.  So I guess I'll use this time to announce past and present news. Last year during my 2012 Winter quarter, I was one of five finalist and one of only two undergraduates  in SCAD's Just Write It competition. This competition received submission from all the SCAD campuses totaling over 1,000 , I believe.

This year, I entered SCAD's Drawing works competition, which again,  was opened to all campuses. I am extremely excited to announce my work "Made In..." will be exhibited  at the Fahm Gallery in Savannah, Georgia between May 1-15.

My plans going into the summer are to simply finish my current novel and release my previous writings, which I have been holding up for some time. This will  either be on my website, or another outlet, which I will announce later this year.
Here's to more projects and  greater strives in the future and here's thanks to all of you for the support.

And yes, you know who you are.

* UPDATE* May 07 I was informed that my work "Made In..."was awarded Best In Show, Exploration!

Return

Wow, it been awhile hasn't it? After my first year  in college, and a summer in Nigeria, I have been itching to show what I've done, and now I have some time. I have been experiment with some new mediums, including the lovely, yet murderous material of soft pastel. Last spring I also dove headfirst into digital and sculpture. The link to my website includes the digital works I created over the course my spring quarter. Further done the year, I will be creating a separate page for my physical works that are available to be seen and bought.  I will continue to post works here as I can before that page comes up. As for my sculptures and outdoor installation, those pictures will be posted soon. For now....

(Note: Preferably use Firefox. Internet Explorer and Google Chrome do odd things)

The works posted now were created in the Fall of 2012.  Until next time!
